Spicy Tuna Roll
The absolute favorite of sushi lovers worldwide. Creamy, spicy tuna wrapped with seasoned sushi rice and premium nori sheets.
Ingredients
- 150 g Sushi-grade yellowfin or bluefin tunan1 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaisen1 tsp Sriracha or chili saucen1/2 tsp Sesame oiln2 sheets Premium Sushi Norin2 cups Seasoned sushi rice cooked with sushi vinegarnWhite and black sesame seedsnBamboo sushi rolling mat
Instructions
- Step 1: Finely mince the sushi-grade tuna with a sharp knife until it forms a uniform, spreadable paste.nStep 2: In a small bowl, mix the minced tuna, Kewpie mayonnaise, Sriracha, and sesame oil together until perfectly creamy.nStep 3: Place a sheet of nori on your bamboo mat.
- Wet your hands with water and spread 1 cup of sushi rice evenly across the nori, leaving a 1/2-inch border at the top.
- Sprinkle rice with sesame seeds.nStep 4: Spoon half of the spicy tuna mixture in a neat, straight horizontal line across the center of the rice.nStep 5: Lift the edge of the bamboo mat closest to you, roll it over the filling firmly, compress, and continue rolling until sealed.
- Slice into 8 even pieces with a wet, sharp knife.
