  • 2 portions Udon noodles
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce or green cabbage
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Creamy roasted sesame dressing
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds

  • Assemble the Base: Divide the cold, chewy udon noodles into two wide serving bowls.
  • Add the Greens: Arrange the shredded lettuce, julienned cucumber, and cherry tomatoes beautifully around and on top of the cold noodles.
  • Dress and Serve: Drizzle the creamy roasted sesame dressing generously over the noodles and vegetables. Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and fresh green onions. Toss everything together right before eating.
