Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Premium ceremonial Matcha powdern50ml Hot water 80°C / 175°Fn200ml Milk (whole milk or oat milk)n1 tsp Honey or sugar syrupnTraditional bamboo matcha whisk (Chasen)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Sift the matcha powder through a fine-mesh strainer directly into your bowl.
  • Sifting is mandatory to eliminate clumps and ensure smoothness.nStep 2: Pour in the hot water (make sure it’s not boiling water, as boiling water scorches the matcha and makes it bitter).nStep 3: Hold the bamboo whisk and whisk vigorously in a rapid ‘W’ or ‘M’ motion for 45 seconds, using your wrist, until a thick, beautiful jade-green foam forms on top.nStep 4: In a serving glass, add your honey or syrup, fill with ice, and pour in the cold milk.nStep 5: Slowly and carefully pour the whisked frothy matcha directly over the milk to create a stunning, professional, dual-layered cafe look.
  • Stir gently before drinking.
